A free utility to create content menus for your VCD or SVCD recordings.

As the name indicates, VCD Menu Lite is a very simple application that works to create content menus for VCD or SVCD discs.

The VCD Menu Lite menus are totally personalizable: you can choose the colour, text, images and look you want. VCD Menu Lite has support for automatically including a frame of each chapter of the VCD automatically, or you can even use an external image for this, making sure it is in either BMP, GIF, JPG or PNG formats.

With VCD Menu Lite you can easily access the content of your VCD or SVCD and know beforehand what each disc contains without needing to look through it all.
